Headquartered in Mid-Hudson Region of New York, HUDSON VALLEY CLOSERS has been in business since 1990. Hudson Valley Closers was originally started to provide title companies with quick, easy access to quality title closers in the Hudson Valley Region. We are aware how difficult it can be to cover closings outside of the local area and, many times, at the last minute. It was our goal to give the title closing scheduler’s one phone number to call and they would know that their closing would be cover by reputable, reliable, experienced closers.

We expanded our service in 1995 to cover lenders, attorneys, settlement companies and relocation companies.

We have four full time closing agents with expertise in residential and commercial title closings, residential and commercial bank closings, as well as stand-ins for both buyer and seller transactions. Our title closers and real estate paralegals all have significant industry experience.

We understand the unique title and closing environment as it changes from County to County and are well versed in the customs and traditions of each area in which we operate. We have a team that is well trained, experienced, customer focused and sensitive to the particular dictates of the communities that we service.

We are well versed in the different recording requirements of the counties we serve and can provide ACRIS and West PREP documents as well and can assist in e-filings.

We have invested thousands of dollars in technological upgrades to our systems and our facilities to make sure our client partners get what they need, when they need it.
